I'm new to sewing. I've learned a lot already and am building my basic skills through several projects, but when I found this website, I couldn't believe the detail and dedication it took to put something like this together. I have a Master's degree in education focused on instructional design and years of experience, so I know what I'm talking about. I'm only ten lessons in, but it is great!
All that said, I do have one suggestion. You cover the tools, consumables, and theories, but when you cut out the patterns, you refer to the different areas of each pattern with terminology you haven't introduced or referred to earlier. It would be nice to know the names of the lines and points you are talking about before you mention them while you chalk the lines.
Jut a suggestion. You've really done a fantastic job, and your presentation is perfect...including the outtakes at the end of each video.
Just wanted to thank you for uploading the tailoring books. I skimmed through a couple of them, and they cover most of the terminology you use in the videos in their glossary.👍
