Mine is a treasure trove of sensory delights. I ohh and ahh over everything! e.g.

• the perfect bundling of the items was a mark of the respect and care professional tailors give to their materials and tools.

• linen - I've never seen or felt linen like this before. The quality of the weave and the even dyeing of the earth-tone shade would make any garment a standout.

• silesia and domette - the fabrics I most love to touch.

• canvas and shoulder pads - I've never seen anything that comes near this quality before. Reza says the canvas contains raw wool. This may explain the natural, earthy light scent I smell.

• chalk - trust the Japanese to produce high-quality small items that make all the difference.

• paper pattern - the pattern was hand drawn on quality paper.

• DHL delivery - superior service. I received regular updates; the box arrived two days early and was in perfect condition.

Reza was right when he mentioned it's worth purchasing a box just to see what high-end fabrics and inner materials look and feel like. I'd love to hear what other people feel are the highlights of their Purple Box!
