I've been trying to upload them before, but I don't know why whenever I charged one picture the one before was deleted or well that seemed to be the case.🤔 Anyways... Today I tried again and yey! I was able to post more than one haha!
So, as you can see I did a few cuts and added a few triangles, but instead of adding the triangular shape I just opened the cuts and keep them open with tape. (I know, I was lazy, sorry. I'm improving in that😅)
The entire pattern consists of 6 parts 🤓 two for the front, two for the back, one for the center, and one for below; the flat area. I choose a vase and measured it with a meter. 20cm tall, 44.5cm in circumference, 8cm center circle, 18cm in thickness on the sides, 14 cm thickness on the top (Neck), the bottom side was 17cm and 7.5cm from the top to the beginning of the center.
I didn't know what type of paper to use and ended up using a very thin one from the supermarket. It's really bad. I had to reinforce the borders with tape in order to make the cuts but still, the wrinkles can easily be seen.😖It was a bit frustrating because the 6 pieces look so good before joint them all 🤣😭🤣I also believe I added too many cuts or maybe I needed to add more.😅
In general, I enjoyed very much this process. I learned a lot! really. I know it looks ugly 😆 but when I finished it I was so happy!🥹🥹It took me 2 days and I did a few more things in that time with the remaining paper, but hahaha those were way worst.
I enjoy very much your YouTube Channel, Reza. I find it very-perfect. Whenever I get a notification that says "International School of Tailoring uploaded 1 new video Lesson XXXXX" I feel happy. Inspired. I always wanted to be able to make garments and suits, but I guess I was not brave enough to start. I have full respect and admiration for you and the industry. I hope one day I can be 10% as good as you all.😇
Wow this turned out really good! 😁
Damn! WELL DONE YOU!
Do this with 10 objects and you'll be a magician in no time.
This is exactly what you need to do; play, play, play.
Thank you for sharing this perfect process.
