To my surprise, I managed to find organic 100% cotton moleskin at a fabric store here in Canada. It only cost $15 Cdn per yard (9 GBP / 860 Russian Rubles 😉). I will use it to make a tailors table. What thickness of Industrial felt do you suggest I use? Thx.

Lucky you!
That will make a nice covering.
3mm would be good. Make sure the felt is firm and stiff.

You're very welcome. You're inspiring me! I find it interesting and unpredictable as to who wants to deep dive into one thing and not another. My friends think my interests are odd.
Reza fascinates me as he not only 'fell' into this profession, but has taken an original approach to it. The exposure he is gaining from this can take him into many different directions, while also giving back by igniting the appeal of professional tailoring to most anyone in the world. This wouldn't have been possible without the widening use of affordable computer technology.
For me tailoring isn't just about the learning the art of constructing a bespoke garment, it's also about working with incredible fabrics - like falling into a bat of chocolate!

Wow!
Amit, this is excellent!
You are very precise. I'm incredibly pleased with your results.
Board looks very professional, hams look great AND I see that you have used the construction of the round ham to make the long version as well!
You're definitely getting ready for this journey and will do well.
How firm are the hams?

😅 Woooo Hoooo! Thank you Reza, so much! Your kind words make all the times I poked myself with a needle and the frustration of threading a size 9 needle with upholstery thread, worthwhile.
Looking back, I really enjoyed the journey. I did not have any experience in sewing previously, well besides "trying" to sew a button back on. Thank you for being so patient and detailed in your explanations. You made it easy to understand and left the door open to have fun and experiment.
I have given my Hams the title of The Three Stooges; Moe (long), Larry (oval) and Curly (round). They do feel quite firm, but I do think I could have added more sawdust.
I wanted to thank Alex Bello as well for sharing his sleeve board results. Once I saw it I knew I wanted to experiment and attempt to create one as well! Did some research, alot of sanding, and learned how to drape darts on an object.
I still need work on fully understanding draping and darts. It felt like if I can master this technique, I can make anything fit!

I know the pain and effort that goes into this.
The three stooges made me laugh. I'm very happy that @Alex Bello results inspired you. This is exactly the purpose of our community page and to some extent our company: Inspire, Educate and Innovate.
We have a lesson on darts coming out soon. You will LOVE it based on what I read in your comment. You will master it.
Keep up the great work and never lower your standards.
Wow...
